U.S. Shipping
Items ordered and paid for will ship within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. We primarily ship through USPS. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Free shipping on all orders $30 or more within the U.S. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska. With a subscription, shipping in the U.S. is always free. 

International Shipping
If Customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is out of our hands. 

Order Issues

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us so that we can make it right. We will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.


If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at info@eatyour.coffee. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

To make sure we can address your concern as quickly as possible, please provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Description of the problem
  • Photo (if applicable)

Refunds and Exchanges
If you're not happy with your product, we will refund you immediately. We’re very serious about keeping you happy and energized, and our promise to you is complete satisfaction...or a refund.

We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, and PayPal®. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
