Shipping & Returns
Items ordered and paid for will ship within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. We mostly ship through USPS, but occasionally UPS is the best option depending on where your shipping address is located. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. Don't worry; you’ll receive an email from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped… we know how hard it is to wait for tasty snacks.
Free shipping on all orders $25 or more within the U.S. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska (we’re sorry… we still love you Hawaii and Alaska).
BONUS: With a Friends Plan, shipping in the U.S. is always free.
We hope they don’t, but if Customs charges occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs. We wish we could teleport the bars to you (we’re working on it), but due to Customs, the time frame is out of our hands.
Returns & Order Issues
Because our products are food, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. We really hope nothing goes wrong, but if there was an issue with your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll see what we can do to make things right! No refunds will be accepted after this time period.
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To make sure we can address your concern ASAP, please provide the following:
- Order number
- Description of the problem
- Photo (if applicable)
Friends Plan Refunds
When you sign up for a Friends plan, you are opting-in to receiving recurring deliveries as stated on the sign-up page. Information about how to adjust and manage your account, plans, and products will also be available on this page. Please make sure to opt in to text message notifications, and to mark email@example.com as a contact in email so you receive the notifications and upcoming shipment reminders. If you want to cancel a Friends plan or make changes, you can always contact us at any time at firstname.lastname@example.org or via text (you must opt-in to receive texts at checkout, and can reply to any text we send).
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds from requests that happen after the item is shipped. Although we typically respond in under 12 hours, please send a cancellation request at least 24 hours prior to your next shipment to ensure that the shipment will be cancelled and refunded. Your upcoming delivery schedule is readily available in your account. You are always able to adjust your account at any time prior to your next shipment and charge.
