Boston to California

We walked all the way from Boston to California for Expo West. Just kidding. We flew... and it was a much-needed weather change. We had SO much fun at Expo West 2019, we're still feeling energized. 

We created our traditional box-booth and sampled our 3 caffeinated snack bars - Fudgy Mocha Latte, Peanut Butter Mocha, and Salted Caramel Macchiato. Our awesome booth neighbors were One Culture Foods (hello delicious smells!), and Be Mixed (needed after a long day).

Trends

We tasted thousands of healthy low-calorie snacks, some of the best energy bars and caffeine bars on the market, and tried out a ton of new caffeinated products!

Caffeine!

As caffeine fiends, we are always looking for more ways to get natural energy. Although some of these weren't as natural as we're used to, we tried them all. We tried caffeinated water (spoiler alert: it tasted like water), caffeinated hand cream (still unsure about this one), and every caffeinated bar we could find.... We were very energized. There were some new coffee snacks this year and a few new energy bars, but don't worry, we're still The Original Coffee Snack. We love to see this caffeinated category grow!

CBD

We didn't realize just how huge this CBD market was until this years' Expo. We're talkin' HUGE. CBD Water, CBD Bars, CBD Cremes... Who knows, we probably breathed some CBD air while we were there too. 

Keto

Keto is still alive and well in 2019. Although our bar is not Keto, we tasted some of the best keto bars and keto snacks at Expo West this year. Oh, and we can't forget the Vegan Keto Icecream we tried. Who knows... maybe Keto is in our future!

Swag

 

Stickers, Stickers, Stickers. At Expo West this year, we handed out our logo stickers and began seeing them everywhere! Waterbottles, shirts, phones... you name it. If you're anything like us, we put stickers on just about everything except our pets. If it has a flat surface, it has a sticker on it in our office. We source ours from Sticker Mule! Not only is the quality top-notch, but they are a breeze to work with. Ps. Did we mention that we love Sticker Mule?
